Altar server robe (stikharion, alb). Metallic jacquard brocade, class BG4. Please send us your measurements per our Measurement Chart. Please note that picture for this product is a sample one. If you would like specific fabric (in the same fabric class as this product) to be used for your order, please review Fabrics section and make a note in the Notes field of your order (at the last order placing page) which fabric you prefer. Economy vestment type (Ec) means decoration with inexpensive gallon (usually Indian) and non-embroidered crosses or crosses with inexpensive embroidery (at our discretion). For Standard style (St) we use good quality solid galloon and richly embroidered crosses. Premier stile (Pr) means decoration with excellent hand-embroidered crosses and solid jacquard galloons. For all vestments we use natural rayon lining (no synthetics). Excellent quality natural velvet is used for inserts. By default, we make this item with closed sides, i.e. for untonsured persons. So called Deacon's stikharions, i.e. with open buttoned sides are worn by persons who have canonical right (Anth. 5; Laod. 19; VI 69) to be in the altar (Deacon, Subdeacon, Reader and Singer). Washing & Care Instructions: we recommend dry cleaning, no bleach, low temperature ironing inside out.

Dear Friends,

As usually, our Sewing, Embroidery and Special Packing units will close for our summer vacation break on July 2 (June 19 by Julian calendar) through July 27 (July 14 by Julian calendar). We'll resume full operation on July 30 (July 17 by Julian calendar). Due to continous high order volume, all sewing orders received past May 23 (May 10 by Julian calendar) will be processed after that break.

Please plan you orders for heavy items and those that require special packing in wooden crates accordingly as well. The last shipment of such orders before the break will be on June 29 (June 16 by Julian calendar). Please keep in mind that we need 7-10 days for special packing. This means that you need to place such orders no later than June 16 (June 3 by Julian calendar). Orders for regular light orders (vigil lamps, etc.) shall be processed as usually.
