It is made in the style of the 18th-19th century jewelry artifacts from brass, covered with quality silver-gilding and accented with blackening. Detailed artwork of holy icons on the cross, noble patination with brightly contrasting patches of colored fianite stones, all this makes the cross unusual and memorable. The front and back sides of the cross are interconnected by a wide belt with a floral ornament. Thus, the cross turns out to be hollow, and through the decor of the front part of it, the polished mirror of the back of the cross is seen. Such a cross may be a variant of the cross for Lent.
